At NØIRVEIL, we carefully select the brands, organizations, and business partners we work with. To maintain the quality, reputation, and standards of our company, NØIRVEIL does not accept unsolicited collaboration, sponsorship, partnership, ambassador, influencer, or business proposals.

Collaboration Requirements

NØIRVEIL only considers collaboration opportunities with established companies, organizations, and brands that demonstrate a strong reputation, proven business history, and significant recognition within their industry.

The following may be considered:

• Nationally recognized companies
• International brands
• Established retailers
• Verified organizations
• Well-known manufacturers and suppliers

The following will generally not be considered:

• Newly created businesses
• Unverified brands
• Unknown influencers or creators
• Unsolicited marketing agencies
• Companies lacking an established reputation

Unsolicited Proposals

Sending collaboration requests does not create any obligation for NØIRVEIL to respond, review, negotiate, or enter into a business relationship.

NØIRVEIL reserves the right to ignore, decline, delete, or block any unsolicited business proposal at its sole discretion.

No Partnership Implied

Submission of a proposal, email, message, concept, design, idea, or business opportunity does not create a partnership, agency relationship, employment relationship, or contractual agreement with NØIRVEIL.

Company Discretion

All collaboration decisions are made exclusively by NØIRVEIL management. Decisions are final and may be made without explanation.

NØIRVEIL reserves all rights to refuse any collaboration request for any reason permitted by applicable law.
