At Nøirveil, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. Due to the nature of our items and fulfillment process, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any item that shows signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or alterations will not be eligible for return or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Nøirveil is not responsible for damage caused during use, improper care, or normal wear and tear. Items that are worn, stained, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
