Nøirveil Shipping Policy

At Nøirveil, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners. Please allow time for both processing and shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary depending on your location. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days. International shipping times may vary between 7–15 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Nøirveil is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Nøirveil is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to sender, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

If your package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Nøirveil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
